ABS 2011 Christmas Party

The Christmas party will be in the main auditorium Monday, December
12.
Set up 5:00-6:00
Meet and greet 6:00-6:30
Dinner around 6.30
Installation of new officers 7:10
The Gardens require that if we SERVE alcohol we need to hire a
police officer. If you bring any alcoholic beverages it is OK as
long as you keep the bottles out of sight. If you drink wine please
bring an opaque drinking container. The club will not be serving
alcohol.
