ABS Exhibition Registration Form

Please use the following form to submit your Tree registration. Please note, that due to limitations in the form, you will need to submit a form for each tree that you wish to enter. Once submitted, an entry card will be printed for your tree in the show.

Classification:

Class I: Mame top of pot to top of tree doesn't exceed 7 inches
Class II: Regular - more than 7 inches bu not exceeding 40 inches
